Studies show that people feel better when they have access to natural light while they work. And a happy worker leads to increased productivity and efficiency and better yet, creativity! If you’re like me, creativity is a necessary resource to tap into.  If you work from home 100% or even 10% of the time, be sure to position your desk in your home office to get sunlight during the working hours. And if you have a laptop, take a few hours to go outside or enjoy another space within your home to get fresh insights and perspectives. Perhaps on the eastern side of your home in the morning and western side in the afternoon. See where you feel most productive and inspired!
