Most Americans today consume less than 3 servings of fruits and vegetables a day (and most of those servings are of fruit). With the convenience of processed foods and the fast-paced harried lives that we lead, it seems easier to opt for processed and packaged foods than it does to grab fruits and vegetables.
Fruits and vegetables are the key to good health and nutrition though. They contain the phytonutrients and the minerals that the body needs to sustain life. By simply adding in more vegetables, clients experience weight release, better energy, better bowels, lower pH, sleep better, relieve aches and pains, reduce allergy symptoms, lower blood sugar levels, reduce their risk of chronic illness, and more.
